Help! IFAW Campaign (2020)
IFAW is a Canadian NGO that acts globally advocating for environmentalism. This project's goal is to raise funds to fight the Australian bushfires. Social media was flooded with sad videos of hurt and dead animals, so I decided to use an upbeat famous song so the campaign could stand out from the rest. I chose Help! by The Beatles, because its intro lyrics can apply to the cause. I used the most affected Australian animals as characters with the iconic album cover outfits (left).

The project's print and still digital pieces were entirely crafted on Adobe Illustrator, because it is more appropriate to work with vector art. The animals were made using mostly simple shapes and flat colors to keep the composition simple and display a friendly appearance.
The Beatles album artwork used a slightly bolder custom made version of Serpentine, so I used Serpentine itself to create the campaign title "Help!", and made a few alterations to better reproduce the customization made for the Beatles album cover. All other text uses Graphik, the sans-serif typeface used on IFAW's branding.
